Hello everyone and welcome to View Finder. I am an enthusiastic photographer who enjoys creating through the lens. I believe that imagery can express what words cannot. So if you think an image is worth a thousand words; allow room for the many emotions they also provide.
I believe that knowing someone and knowing about someone are two different things. With that being said here are a few facts about me. I am a retired air traffic controller with an associate degree in graphic design. I am currently working on my bachelors degree in photography from The Art Institute of Houston. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine and believe I have a pretty laid back disposition.
Photography has always been one of my passions. There are two main reasons I enjoy photography. The first reason is that photography allows you to capture the past and bring it into the present. Not only the image but all the emotions that the image brings with it. The second reason is that photography allows the viewer to see what the photographer sees. Even more importantly it allows the viewer to see how the photographer sees something.
